Welcome back to the third edition of the “Car of The Month” series! Again, this will be a monthly series that aims to showcase gorgeous cars that visit our workshop and includes a subtle feature to the things that they have done/installed on their cars. For the third edition of the series, we have picked the Porsche 911 Targa 4S 3.8L owned by Wenwen!
The car’s exterior features a styling from Techart, including the lip and sideskirts! There is a custom ducktail for aerodynamics that complements the clean look of the Porsche that the owner wants to achieve, coping with the characteristic design language of the basic vehicle in a technical and qualitative way!
For intake systems, the IPD Plenum and GT3 throttle body has been installed! The revolutionary and patented design of the IPD Porsche Plenums improve air flow by replacing the factory plastic “T” style designs with a more efficient, cast aluminium “Y” design that splits and channel intake air flow reducing air flow turbulence and increasing air flow velocity. The Hurricane Air Filter has been installed to increase horsepower, torque and delivers smoother performance over the entire rev range. This beauty is also custom tuned to achieve higher horse power rating for a more powerful and responsive drive.
There is also a common stereotype with women drivers not knowing how to appreciate cars and modifications. However, looking at Wenwen’s taste in car choice and upgrades, that is definitely not the case! With that we are proud to present Wenwen’s Porsche 911 Targa 4S as Garage R’s Car of the Month: March.
